School is now in session
Well it's that time of year when our children are back in school and things evolve agian.
We find ourselves rushing to finish up summer projects (never to get them all done) and look forward to fall. How did all this come to pass? Time just flies by. I have pulled a couple projects out that I had started and never finished and plan to finally just get them done. What are your plans for fall?
Important Dates!!!
Aug 26th & 27th is our Crazy 8th's Stash Dash will return. You know this game. Stop in the shop and purchase your passport for $5. With your passport you will get a fat 8th your choice. In your fat 8th will be a playing card. Go to each shop ( Nancy J's , Heaven on Earth, The Creative Stitch and this year Lowery Sewing Center) on the given days. See demos and what each shop has to offer, get your passport stamped. Collect at least one fat 8th at each shop with more cards. When completed you will have a total of at least 5 cards and five fat 8th's. Use those cards to earn additional prizes. There are ways to increase your chances and you can play more than one hand to increase your prizes. One lucky player will receive a $20 gift card from each shop. That's a total of $80. Call or stop in for details
Pie Plate pattern designers were here on Friday and did a wonderful job demoing a new technique that they have for a fast and easy quilt. If you missed it next time your in we will share it with you. Ask to see our new no sew technique.
