Doug Leko Cutting directions and more
It wont be long now. Doug and all his wonders will be here in just two weeks. We are really excited. We still have plenty of space. Apparently the week after Easter is not the best time to have an event like this. You will get Doug close up and personal and we look forward to everything he is going to share.
WE HAVE CHANGED THE LOCATION. THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD IN ROANN, AT THE COMMUNITY BUILDING 105 N. CHIPPEWAS STREET ROANN IN. 46974 It is on the corner of Chippewa and Walnut if you want to enter thru the back door on walnut street there are no steps to that side. You will then need to move your vehicle so the next person can unload.
If you need me the day of the event my cell phone # 765-210-1028
Below you will find the info for cutting directions for the projects. To get straight to sewing Doug has supplied a homework page for you. This also includes all the supplies you need to bring with you. If you are attending both days you are welcome to leave your machine set up Friday evening.
Lastly we know many of you have fortress of fabrics, but if you need anything for your project would you consider us first. We are here to help with fabric selection and love helping you create your projects.
Friday we are doing English Knot. I love this quilt as it is different and I think has lots of possibilities. This one takes 18 fat quarters and 5 1/4 yard background fabric.
Saturday after noon we will be working on Bethlehem. While the one I have made is from the "New" not here yet Regency Blues Fabric Due to arrive mid April. Doug made his from Holly Taylors new line Once Upon a memory due out in May. This runner only takes 8 fat eighths and 5/8 yard for background. Below you can find the cutting directions for Saturdays project.
Lunch will be served on Saturday
We look forward to this event and hope you are as excited as we are. Please call or stop in if you have any questions.
