Don't get left out
Oh my goodness, It's September!!!! Sew many things are happening. I don't want you to get left out. Please read carefully. If anything interest you, stop in or call now.
First off. Thank you so much. Last week we took a short vacation. I hate to close the shop and have the possibility that someone did not see the e-mail or fb post announcing our week off. But once a year I truly lock the doors and walk away. I really appreciate all of you that wished me a good time and understanding that a small business owner needs a break too.
Next Saturday Sept 14th 1 - 3 p.m. we will be showcasing Bless this house by Ellen Stouffer for Quilting Treasures. Ellen is a local artist from the big town of Wabash. Many of you may know her from teaching Art in our local elementary schools. Others may know her from her calendars, stationary, framed prints, puzzles or ornaments that have been sold in gift stores all over the world. Come meet Ellen and see her new fabrics and what we have done with them. She will also have her 2020 calendars with her for purchase.
Sept. 16th - 21st is our fall shop hop. This is little hop. Visit all 4 shops for a chance at one of 4 $50 gift certificates or other door prizes. Bring your bag that you earned during the winter/spring hop and earn a 15% discount on all your regular priced purchases. Goodie bags and free project pattern at each shop.

Sept. 20th & 21st
Come stitch with us. Our fall stitch in is a great way to start your fall projects. Join us Friday and/or Saturday and stitch your days away. Fun, food and fellowship is what this weekend is all about. I will take care of all the meals. You bring your projects, your machine and notions. Doors open at 9 a.m. each day. Friday we will stitch as long as you like and Saturday 9 - 4:30. We have a large cutting area set with cutting boards up as well as ironing stations. The cost is just $60 for both days or $35 for just one day. Saturday Sept. 21 is Sew a Jelly Roll day if you bring a project or finished project for show and tell we will have a special drawing.
Sept. 28 & 29
We have about 8 more spaces left on our charter bus . Come travel with us. Take our chartered bus to Stitch in Time, South Bend IN. Thimbles, Lockport IL. Quilters General Store, Rockford IL. Hudson Sewing Studio Hudson IL. Wooden Spool Effingham IL. Unraveled Quilt Store in Spencer IN. and the Back Door Quilt Shop Greenwood IN. and back to Heaven On Earth. All meals, hotel and chartered bus are just $175 double occupancy. If you've been thinking you would like to go but need a roommate, we have someone that wants to share a room.
