Holidays at Home by Deb Strain When the snow is falling the Strain woods becomes covered in white, with touches of green, brown and black. During these time, it is so special to see the different types of winter birds that come to visit. The brilliant red cardinal is easy to spot and every once in a while, they are able to spot a glimpse of sweet little chickadees twittering amongst the branches. They are certainly my favorite birds to paint and it is a genuine treat to see them near their home! Holidays At Home features both of thes beloved birds, along with winter homes and the sentiments the their family feels about HOME. Just line in the woods, in winter , this collection is filled with winter greenery, pinecones, snow, birds and homes, all in greens, whites, grey, black and a touch of red. Because coming HOME for the holiday, or anytime, is special-just like seeing chickadees in the winter.
